Field Positions

Whilst our stores are the public face of Martin McColl there is a large team of people dedicated to supporting their continued success.

As you would expect, there are a wide variety of field positions ranging from Area Managers with a dedicated number of stores to manage who, in turn, can call upon the services and support of various nationwide teams including Stock Audit, Security and Training.

There is a nationwide Project Team to make sure every new store opens on time and to the correct specification.  We also have a team of experienced retailers who are called upon to assist in the reorganisation and revitalisation of stores.

Whilst the roles may be varied the goal is the same for all of them - to continue the success of Martin McColl
